How to join
It’s Now encourages people, groups, and organizations to carry out climate actions in their homes, neighborhoods, educational institutions, companies, or any other space.
For this, it carries out Climate Mobilizations, which begin with a person or organization joining the Movement. During the year, there are rounds of conversations and incentives for theoretical and practical training that end with the realization of climate actions and campaigns.
At the end of this cycle, the members have a better understanding of how to act for the climate and how It’s Now works, and are then able to evolve their level of engagement in the Movement, as presented below.
After completing the registration form, you will receive an online welcome kit.
It contains an entry manual, a virtual card and access to an exclusive group according to your language, where you will meet other people from your country engaged in the climate cause.
The next step is to participate in training activities (webinars, conversation rounds, and message exchanges) that will help you understand what climate action is, what kind of action can be carried out, how to make it possible, etc.
Then it is time for action!
If you already have a project idea, get a group together that can execute it. Or you can join with other members in an existing activity. What is important is to act.
The more you act for the climate, the more change you can bring about in society, becoming a true climate friendly.

What should a new member do?
Participate in training activities
Carry out at least one climate action throughout the year
Communicate their actions to It’s Now through social media or website
Once you have reached the level of Climate Friendly, and have carried out actions throughout the year, communicating the Movement through social media and/or the website, you can now consider yourself a climate activist.
Activists already understand their role and the importance of their actions to conserve the environment. They also know that they cannot stop, and that it is always necessary to take more actions and promote daily changes in all aspects of life to keep the environment safe. For this reason, the climate activist continues training and learning within It’s Now, but also begins to take on some responsibilities in the planning and organization of the Center of communication or social mobilization in his country. All this always in conjunction with the other members and in constant communication with all spheres of the Movement.

What should an activist member do?
Participate in the training activities
Carry out at least one climate action throughout the year
Communicate for It’s Now through any channel
Contribute to at least one activity of the National Center.
The more a member gets involved in the It’s Now structure, the more he or she understands the Movement’s objectives and the articulations necessary to achieve them. They also begin to be able to represent the Movement in dialogue spaces and fight for climate causes with much more awareness, becoming a true spokesperson for this cause.
It takes a bit longer and a commitment to climate actions to become a knowledgeable spokesperson. And even without leaving action aside, climate spokespersons manage to combine their time to participate in strategic meetings and carry the Movement forward.
